When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested but if you chose not to, in many cases we may not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries.

This includes information regarding customer activity on our website which enables us to understand which parts of our website, products and services are or most interest and to improve our offerings to our customers.

Emails – We will preserve the contents of any email message that you send us if we believe that we have a legal requirement to do so.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

It is our policy not to sell or pass on any personal information that you may have provided to us unless required to do so by law or you violate our Terms of Service or in the following circumstances:

SECTION 4 – CLICK FUNNELS & WOOCOMMERCE
Our stores are hosted on Click Funnels or WooCommerce. They provide us with the online ecommerce platforms that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through their data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. You can read their Privacy Policies on their websites.
Payments are hosted by BlueSnap or Stripe. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

In cases of excessive, unreasonable, or repeated requests Dynamic Tape Global may charge you a reasonable fee and may require additional time to grant your request. Also, Dynamic Tape Global may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests. b. To have Your Data Corrected. If your personal data is erroneous or outdated, you have the right to have it corrected. To do so, please contact Dynamic Tape Global via e mail at email@example.com, or simply log in to your account at dynamictape.com or posturepals.com websites.
c. To be Forgotten. You have the right to be forgotten by Dynamic Tape Global. You may exercise this right by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will comply with Your request, at no charge to you, within one calendar month by deleting your account, along with all of your personally-identifiable data that is subject to any Dynamic Tape Global processing.
Naturally, after we grant your request you will not have access to any Dynamic Tape Global products or services unless and until you open a new Dynamic Tape Global account. Dynamic Tape Global may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request for data so as to prevent the granting of fraudulent requests.
d. To Restrict Processing of Your Data. You can request that your data not be processed via Dynamic Tape Global partners. You can make that request by e-mailing us at email@example.com and, if you wish, you can even specify which third parties to restrict from processing your data.
We will respond to your request, at no charge to you, within thirty (30) days from when you make your request. Please be advised that some of our partners, e.g., Stripe, BlueSnap and PayPal are essential to Dynamic Tape Global services, so that if you block processing by them, Dynamic Tape Globals’ products and services may be unavailable to you.
e. Portability. You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that is subject to processing by Dynamic Tape Global in a portable format, or to have it transferred directly from Dynamic Tape Global to another party. Ordinary requests will be granted without charge to you within one calendar month of when you make the request. Dynamic Tape Global may use reasonable means to confirm your identity before granting any request to transfer data to you or another party so as to prevent granting fraudulent requests. To request a copy of your personal data in a portable format, or to request a direct transfer of your data, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
